The Beatles’ Anthology Series Hits iTunes

It took years for The Beatles’ standard albums to be available on iTunes, but now the Fab Four’s rarities will be there, too.
The three remastered Beatles Anthology collections go digital, exclusively through iTunes, on June 14. First released in 1995 and 1996, the three volumes of The Beatles Anthology feature rare and unreleased songs, outtakes and alternative versions of Beatles classics.
The original albums spawned a new Top 10 Beatles hit with the revived and completed single “Free as a Bird.” The three Anthology volumes have been remastered by the same Abbey Road team who worked on the Beatles back catalog remasters and will feature collage artwork from Klaus Voorman.
The Anthology Box Set comes with all 155 tracks from the three volumes ($79.99) and an exclusive 23-track Anthology Highlights collection of standout tracks from each ($12.99). A special Anthology video introduction and a 50-minute Meet The Beatles radio show are available for free streaming now.
