Paul McCartney on SNL
On December 11 Paul McCartney will appear on Saturday Night Live. Pretty cool right?!? The funniest thing happened in regards to this... I was driving home and on the radio the dj made the announcement that Paul will be on SNL..but then proceeded to add.."This will be the first time a Beatle has ever been on Saturday Night Live" Uhhh... This guy must not know much about Paul or SNL! Now, how can anyone forget the skit that Paul did with Chris Farley back in 1993, where Chris is interviewing Paul and asks him the most obvious questions in one of the most awkward interview ever!...Funny stuff

So, I went and checked out how The Beatles were doing on the itunes charts today, and was surprised to see that the highest rank album was only number 5, and that honor went to Abbey Road, followed by The White album #7, Sgt. Pepper #8, The Blue Album #9, and The Beatles Box Set at #10. I really thought this was going to be a slam dunk on the top spots, but I guess I was wrong. Now, we just need to get Glee out of the way and we can claim the top spot! Can we do it? I say YES!!!

The Beatles are on itunes
So, It finally happened... The Beatles can now be bought on itunes. Is this a good thing? Well...yes and no. For me it's great that The Beatles will now be experienced by more and more people, but since I already own every single piece of Beatles music (legally bought...thank you!) I don't think I will be running to the itunes store anytime soon. That being said...Congrats for the achievement Beatles!!
